I got a puncture on way home from my partners, the tyre wasn’t repairable as the tyre wall was damaged, probably a pot hole. Called RA Mobile tyre services & they gave me a quote & ETA. The mobile tyre fitter arrived within the time specified & replaced my tyre in no time. Rung Zain teatime on a sunday night. My son had made his way to Manchester for a show and night away with his girlfriend. He had a blow out a couple of minutes from the hotel. Zain instantly sent a what's app message with instructions for leaving the locking wheel nut key, and he would do whilst my son was at the show. Zain had it all sorted within an hour or so. My tyre was in a desperate way, I was unable to drive the car. Other “big” companies were charging more money and unable to get to me for several days, I need my car for work. Then I found these guys, easy to use and clear online booking service and they came to me the following day. My booking, made late in the evening was followed up by a 7.30 am call the next day. The technician who fitted the tyre was friendly and very helpful and quick. I would definitely use you again, thank you for getting me out of a quandary!

My tyre got irreparably punctured on the motorway. Luckily I managed to get it to a local road nearby. I first contacted RA Mobile Tyres via text (phone anxiety) and then having received no response I called them. I initially spoke to a lady who quoted me £125 for an Evergreen branded tyre with all charges included and a 1 hour call-out time. By this stage I had come back to my home around 20 minutes away. Around an hour or so later I called them again and spoke to a gentleman named Sunny who quoted me £130 for the same thing. I told him I'd been quoted £125 earlier, so he matched that price. He then proceeded with booking my car in, and his service was absolutely spot on. Super efficient and very fast. He got all my details down (contact info, tyre size, location, etc) in record time, and then sent me a message confirming what we had agreed. Once I confirmed that it was in order, he requested a £25 deposit over the phone which I paid straight away using the link he sent. He told me the driver would be with me within 60 minutes (he came within that time frame). Sunny also sent me a message when the driver was 20 minutes away which was really helpful because it meant I could start making my way there. The driver himself called me when he had arrived at my car and was very good about waiting whilst I got there. 10 minutes later my car was sorted, £100 paid to the driver, and on my way back home. Very quick and efficient. All in all a very smooth, friendly, professional, and hassle free service from start to finish. I cannot fault their service in the slightest. I dislike talking to car places on the phone because there's always so much background noise and they tend to sound rushed and annoyed. But here, it was a different experience. And I am thankful for that. I hope I don't need an emergency repair in future but going forward I definitely know who to recommend or where to go should the need arise. Thank you RA Tyres!
