RA saved the day when I felt let down, abandoned, and maybe a bit swindled by my own breakdown company! RA used WhatsApp for swift, clear communication and to allow me to send them a location pin. They reduced their own ETA by a third and arrived on the dot. The technician was polite, friendly, and professional - and he made a fuss of my naughty dog! He was calm and understanding when I had difficulty with the card machine - I have a chronic illness that affects my memory under stressful conditions like bursting my tyre and finding out my recovery company aren’t going to rescue me and - and he put me at my ease. The cost was reasonable and the work was completed quickly. Great job guys! I’ve saved your number in my phone for future use 😻
